Publiqo ("we", "our", "us"), a product of Digiturtle Marketing OPC Private Limited, operates the website publiqo.in and the Publiqo application at app.publiqo.in. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when using our services:

Account Information: Name, email address, and profile picture via Google OAuth login.
Workspace Data: Brand profiles, content pipelines, prompt templates, research blocks, and generated content you create within the platform.
API Keys: Third-party API keys (Anthropic, OpenAI, SiliconFlow) you provide for AI content generation. These are encrypted and stored securely.
Social Media Connections: OAuth tokens for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X when you connect accounts for publishing. Tokens are encrypted with AWS KMS.
Usage Data: Log data, device information, and analytics to improve the platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide, maintain, and improve our services.
To authenticate your identity and manage your account.
To publish content to your connected social media accounts on your behalf.
To generate AI content using your provided API keys (we do not use our own keys on your behalf).
To send service-related communications.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in the ap-south-1 (Mumbai) region. We employ the following security measures:

OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AWS KMS (Key Management Service).
API keys are stored in DynamoDB with server-side encryption.
All data transmission uses HTTPS/TLS encryption.
Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only.

4. Third-Party Services

We integrate with the following third-party services:

AWS Cognito: Authentication and user management.
Google OAuth: Sign-in with Google.
Meta (Instagram/Facebook): Publishing content to your connected accounts via Graph API.
LinkedIn: Publishing content to your connected profile/page.
Twitter/X: Publishing tweets to your connected account.
AI Providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, SiliconFlow): Content generation using your own API keys.

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing them.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We only share data:

With your connected social media platforms to publish content you have approved.
With AI providers when you trigger content generation (using your own API keys).
If required by law or to protect our legal rights.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at hello@publiqo.in. Upon deletion, we remove all workspace data, API keys, OAuth tokens, and generated content within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access your personal data stored on our platform.
Correct inaccurate information.
Delete your account and data.
Disconnect social media accounts at any time (revoking OAuth access).
Export your content data.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (JWT session tokens). We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
